MIZORAM

MIZORAM: LAND OF  BLUE MOUNTAINS/ LAND OF LUSHAI HIGHLANDERS

Mizoram, the fifth-smallest state of India. It's one of the most beautiful yet less explored northeastern states in India, sharing its borders with Bangladesh and Myanmar. Mizoram is also known as "the Land of blue mountains" and "land of lushai highlanders". With picturesque villages, crystal clear water, lush green forests, verdant valleys, magnificent waterfalls, you can take your Instagram posts to the next level.

You can watch hills hovered with clouds and mist. During the early morning, the hills seem like milky white seas. Even at night they are shrouded with layers of clouds, I think this place should be known as "the abode of clouds". The pristine beauty of Mizoram is unparalleled.

Easiest way to reach Mizoram is through flight. Other ways are also available, but they might be tedious, the roads on mountains are bumpy and herky-jerky, thus airways or railways are recommended.
